1. Introduction
By accessing or using the MUVguard platform (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our website, software, or related services.

2. Definitions
“MUVguard” refers to the digital coordination platform operated by MUVguard, including its website, software, tools, and related services. “Providers” refers to independent third-party companies or individuals that offer moving, transportation, or related services.

3. What We Do
MUVguard is a technology company that develops and operates a digital coordination platform for moving logistics. Through our software, users can connect with independent third-party Providers. We supply digital tools, information workflows, and coordination systems designed to reduce uncertainty before a move begins.

4. What We Don’t Do
MUVguard is not a moving company, motor carrier, freight broker, or labor provider. We do not own or operate moving trucks, employ movers, or physically transport goods. All moving services are performed by independent Providers operating under their own authority, insurance, and licensing.

MUVguard does not guarantee pricing, availability, timelines, outcomes, or the quality of any services performed by Providers.

5. Platform Use
The MUVguard platform allows users to submit information, receive estimate ranges, coordinate logistics, and communicate with Providers. You agree to provide accurate, complete information and to comply with all applicable laws when using the platform.

6. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that moving and transportation services involve inherent risks, including potential loss, damage, delay, pricing changes, or disputes. By using the MUVguard platform and engaging Providers, you voluntarily assume all such risks associated with the move.

7. Payments & Fees
Fees charged by MUVguard cover access to our coordination technology, verification workflows, and platform services. Payments for physical moving or transportation services are made directly between you and the Provider. MUVguard may collect a coordination or platform fee to support operations. Refunds, if applicable, are handled according to our published Refund Policy.

8. Independent Providers
Providers are independent contractors and are not employees, partners, agents, or affiliates of MUVguard. MUVguard does not supervise, control, or direct how Providers perform their services. Any agreement for moving or transportation services exists solely between you and the Provider.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MUVguard is not liable for any damage, loss, delay, injury, or claim arising from the acts, omissions, or performance of any Provider. Our role is limited to providing access to the software platform that facilitates coordination. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MUVguard from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of the platform, your interactions with Providers, or any violation of these Terms.

11. Service Denial & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the platform at any time for any reason, including suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms. MUVguard may modify or discontinue platform features without notice.

12. Intellectual Property
The MUVguard name, logo, designs, content, and software systems are proprietary assets owned by MUVguard. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any portion of the platform without prior written consent.

13. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or use of the MUVguard platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Texas, rather than in court. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
